  Very helpful, funny, professional and they took care of me very quickly. This is actually my second time here and one in San Antonio. The place hires quality employees who are very helpful and make you feel welcomed instead of being rushed or left waiting for an hour or so. So i would definitely recommend this place to everyone

  I went in on Friday, June 23rd, 2017 to see about a stopped up right ear. I have always had wax problems so I knew I needed to have my ear flushed. After waiting over an hour to see Dr. Alsop, he looked in my right ear and immediately told me that I didn't have a wax problem, but had experienced acute hearing loss and to seek a ears specialists. I told him that I was sure it was wax and he snapped back at me and said, "you don't have a wax problem, you have acute hearing loss and gave me a steroid shot and prescribed some steroid pills to take. I got back home on Monday and made an appointment with the specialists. He looked in my ear and said that I had a build up of wax on my eardrum and that's why I can't hear! He flushed it and I can hear again! He couldn't believe that the Dr. did not see the wax and flushed my ear on the spot. Instead I went the whole weekend not being able to hear out of my right ear. I paid over $200 for a mis-diagnosis and was miserable the whole weekend. I feel I should be refunded for this.
